Okay, right click on the text layer, rasterize it, then open the blending effects window.

You will want to have the following values:

Drop Shadow- Angle: 120
- Opacity: 100%
- Color: #000000
- Distance: 5px
- Size: 0px (or 1px for softer)

Gradient Overlay
- Opacity: 50%

Stroke
- Size: 2px
- Color: #FFFFFF
